DEFINITION
Pre-order means that you want to order an item that is currently not in stock.
HOW A PRE-ORDER WORKS
There is a specific dateline for all items that are on pre-order basis. Kindly take note of the pre-order dateline stated on the particular post.
To make your order, e-mail us with with the necessary details (item code, size, quantity) and wait for us to get back to you with a confirmation e-mail. To confirm your order, FULL PAYMENT has to be made before or on the cut-off date itself. Orders will be canceled if we do not receive any payment when the pre-order closes.
Once payment has been made, please send us a notification e-mail together with your name, contact number, order details, payment amount, date & time of bank-in, and the bank transaction reference number. We will then send you an e-mail to confirm that your payment has been received.
ORDER, STATUS & LENGTH OF TIME
Pre-ordered items are ordered and shipped from the UK, therefore we cannot guarantee an exact date of when the items will arrive. We normally expect the shipment to arrive between 4-8 weeks, however it is subject to custom check delays. Should there be any delays, we will inform you via e-mail and/or SMS. You will continually be updated as to when your item(s) are in stock and when they will be shipped.
Order only if you are comfortable with the waiting time or if you are willing to wait. For those who expect immediate delivery of stock or who cannot accomodate the timeline for delivery, we advise you not to place an order to avoid any frustrations.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Once confirmed, all pre-order items are not refundable and/or exchangeable. No cancellations are allowed unless the item is out of stock, in which case you will be presented with an option to get a full refund or select another item. The difference in price shall either be topped-up by or refunded back to you.
